We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

48-Hour Repair or Fix Policy for Beauty Services

We understand that there may be rare occasions when a customer is not completely satisfied with their service. In such cases, we have implemented a 48-hour Repair or Fix Policy to ensure our clients' satisfaction.
 

  1. Notification: If you are unsatisfied with your beauty service, we kindly ask you to notify us within 48 hours of the original appointment. You can reach us by calling our salon at (301)593-1580 or by visiting us in person during our business hours.

  2. Assessment and Solution: Upon receiving your complaint, we will promptly schedule an appointment for an assessment of the service in question. Our skilled beauty professionals will carefully evaluate the situation to understand your concerns.

  3. Repair or Fix: Based on the assessment, we will determine the most appropriate course of action to rectify the issue. Our aim is to provide a solution that aligns with your original expectations and ensures your satisfaction. This may involve a repair or fix of the service, depending on the nature of the complaint.

  4. Timely Resolution: We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible. In most cases, the repair or fix can be completed during your assessment appointment. However, if additional time or resources are required, we will communicate the estimated timeframe for completion.

  5. Client's Responsibility: We kindly request that you provide us with the opportunity to address your concerns within the given 48-hour timeframe. Failure to notify us within this period may result in the inability to perform the repair or fix free of charge.

  6. Exceptions: Please note that our 48-hour Repair or Fix Policy does not cover situations where the unsatisfactory outcome is a result of external factors beyond our control, such as improper maintenance or product misuse following the service. Additionally, this policy does not extend to services performed by another salon or beauty professional.

  7. Client Satisfaction: We value your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues that arise. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services and ensuring that every client leaves our salon feeling happy and confident.
